These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Okulez platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Okulez ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is not available to persons in jurisdictions where access to options trading information is prohibited by law.
You must provide an accurate email address and create a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the tier you selected at registration. No charge is made during the trial period. Your trial begins on the date your account is created.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email address. Existing subscribers will not be affected until their current billing period ends.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the anniversary of your trial end date. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then. We do not offer partial-month refunds unless required by applicable law.
If payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Access may be suspended after a grace period of 7 days if payment is not resolved.
You may access the Service only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
All content on the Service — including but not limited to the macro thesis framework, phase architecture, signal methodology, the "Pied Piper" inflection model, AI prompts and system design, trade analysis, and all written content — is the proprietary intellectual property of Okulez and is protected by copyright and trade secret law.
You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view Service content for personal use only. No content may be copied, reproduced, published, or shared without prior written consent.
The AI chat feature provides responses based on your portfolio context and our macro thesis. AI responses are automated and may contain errors. They do not constitute financial advice. You should independently verify any information before acting on it. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI chat responses.
You may enter portfolio positions, trade records, and personal expense data into the Service. You retain ownership of this data. We use it solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR ACCURATE. MARKET DATA MAY BE DELAYED OR INACCURATE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT ANY SIGNAL, ANALYSIS, OR AI RESPONSE WILL BE PROFITABLE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OKULEZ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. We may retain data as required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
