Verified record begins 2026-05-14. Every row is stamped by the server at publish time, before any position is taken, and cannot be back-dated, cherry-picked, or padded. How this record works ↓

Independent copies: this page is snapshotted daily by the Internet Archive, 14 copies since Aug 21, 2026, last Sep 07, 2026. Compare any two dates yourself; nothing here can be edited after the fact without the copies showing it.

This is the realized history of closed positions, stated as fact, not a win-rate, an annualized return, or a projection. The sample is deliberately too small for that; we hold predictive stats until 25 closed and 90 days. Closed winners outpaced closed losers roughly 3.5 to 1 in size, the small-capped-loss, outsized-winner shape the strategy is built around. Option premia, published basis, real fills vary.
Building in public
71 signals published  ·  30 closed (3 Core · 27 Octane)  ·  39 live  ·  since May 14, 2026.
We don't publish a win-rate or average return until the sample is statistically honest (25 closed signals and 90 days). Until then, here is the complete unfiltered ledger (winners and losers, open and closed) exactly as it stands.
45 core thesis positions (median hold 14.5d)  ·  24 tactical rentals (median hold 6.5d)  (small, short-leash positions sized so the premium is the whole risk)

Equal-weight across every closed Octane signal at the OPTION price (entry_basis to exit_basis). Indexed to 2026-05-14. Option returns are inherently amplified vs the underlying, which is why SPY/QQQ are shown as same-window deltas in the header rather than plotted on the same y-axis. This line shows the published basis, not a guaranteed fill.

Every option here risks only the premium paid, known at entry. A deep negative mark is a small, capped, pre-sized loss by design, not a blow-up: max loss on a long call or debit spread is the premium, fixed the moment the signal published. Losers are allowed to decay toward expiry while winners are scaled (see the RUNNER tags and banked figures). Many small capped losses funding the occasional outsized winner is how a power-law book is supposed to look mid-cycle.

Signals are append-only: an update is appended, never rewritten, and nothing is unpublished. The one thing the operator can change after the fact is a published basis or contract to match the verified fill, through a tool that writes this log in the same transaction. Hidden edits are what a scam does; this list is the alternative. A correction on a still-open position shows its date here immediately and its details when the position closes; the daily archive copies prove the entry existed on its date.
How this record works methodology · who sets the prices · where the edge comes from · who this is for
How this record works, and what it isn't
Every signal is published before I enter, never after. And I enter: every Octane signal on this page is a trade I take with my own capital, after the signal publishes, at sizes that are my own business. The stock tier is scored on the underlying at the published price and timestamp, whether my personal expression of that idea ran through the shares or the options.
The Core book below is a model, and deliberately so: each stock call is scored on the underlying at its published price and timestamp, not at any fill of mine. The Octane book is scored at the executed fill, because I take every published options trade: the published price is the contract's mid at publish, worked as a limit and sometimes filled in steps, and when the executed fill differs from that mid the basis is corrected to the fill and the edit is logged in public. Both books are the scoreboard of the calls, not my account statement.
How to judge this record
This is not a trade-copying service. Okulez is macro research with a public scoreboard: the framework and the reasoning are the product, and this ledger exists so you can verify the research against what actually happened. Copying every entry at equal weight is not the model and will not reproduce it.
The strategy is convex by design. Losses are capped at the premium paid and some options expire worthless; winners are uncapped, and the largest ones contribute most of the profit. Judge the closed book as a basket, not trade by trade. Deep drawdowns on open high-beta options are a structural feature of this shape, not neglect. Anyone who cannot watch a position sit at minus 50 percent without breaking their sizing rules should not follow options signals, here or anywhere.
Who this is for: traders with meaningful risk capital (as a reference point, $25,000 or more), who use limit orders, size speculative positions small enough to survive full losses, and want the reasoning, not just the ticker. If the subscription fee is large relative to your trading capital, the honest answer is that this service is not for you yet.
On the record's age: it is young, verified only since 2026-05-14, and a small sample proves no edge. That is exactly why the current founding price exists and stays locked for early subscribers: you are early, the price says so, and the record is built to be re-judged as it grows. On the current publishing cadence the ledger crosses one hundred marked positions around autumn 2026. Judge it again then; it will still be here, unedited.
Who sets these prices, and do you need to watch the market?
Two books, two ways of scoring, both stated. The Core (stock) book is a model: the moment a signal publishes, the system fetches the market price of the underlying and stamps it with a server-set timestamp; no human enters that number. The Octane (options) book is scored at the executed fill, because the operator takes every published options trade. The price published with an Octane signal is the mid of the contract's market at publish, worked as a limit and sometimes filled in steps; when the executed fill differs from the published mid, the basis is corrected to the executed fill and the edit is logged in the corrections log below. Open positions in both books are then re-marked automatically through the trading day, and exits are recorded the same way when the exit signal publishes.
You do not need to watch the market to use this. These are thesis-driven positions with holds measured in weeks, not scalps measured in minutes. Every signal carries its levels: an entry zone, and an exit line published in advance. The workflow this service is built around is an evening one: read the reasoning after work, place a limit order at the level, and let the published exit line stand guard. Speed is not the edge here; the thesis is.
Where the edge comes from
1. Macro thesis depth. A multi-year, regime-aware framework that names what each macro phase rewards before the tape confirms it. The thesis is the parent; signals are its expression in tradable structure.
2. Publish-before-enter discipline. Every position is timestamped on the public ledger before capital touches it. This is the structural defence against the survivorship bias and post-hoc storytelling that kills most signal services.
3. Position-aware coaching, not generic signals. The AI sees your actual book, your income sector, and your domain expertise, and weighs each signal against your exposure. A signal that's a re-add for one subscriber is a fresh entry for another.
Read the framework: The Euphoria Trap
Concentration over diversification
I publish the high-conviction trade, not a "balanced" basket. One or two right calls cover the rest of the year; spreading capital across nine themes to feel safe dilutes the only edge a domain expert actually has. Position sizing is the subscriber's call, informed by the in-app Allocation Compass that weighs domain expertise, current regime, and the gap between your book and the theme.
Reading the drawdowns
an options book like this will usually carry some open positions at deep drawdowns. That is the strategy's shape, not its failure mode: every loss is capped at the premium paid, while winners are uncapped, so the largest winners contribute most of the profit and the capped losses are the cost of finding them. The closed ledger below shows that asymmetry realized, several large winners against a cluster of capped losses. What makes the shape survivable is sizing: the model treats each premium as capital it can afford to lose entirely, harvests winners in scaled exits, and never averages down into a broken thesis. Your sizing is your own decision; the in-app Allocation Compass weighs every theme against your actual book, income sector, and proven ground.
Evaluating without subscribing? You do not have to remember to come back. Follow the record and every close, win or loss, arrives by email with its published entry and exit. Judge it after a few of those.
